Description

Shan Lin Xi ('Cedar Forest Creek') is a high-mountain oolong from a tea-growing area surrounded by cedar and bamboo forests in Nantou County, Taiwan, at elevations around 1,400 to 1,800 meters. The forest canopy creates a natural shade environment, and the cedar-scented mountain air subtly influences the tea's character. The bright green liquor has a distinctive crisp, refreshing quality with notes of alpine flowers, fresh bamboo, and a hint of cedar, finishing with a clean, lingering sweetness.
