Gong Mei ('Tribute Eyebrow') sits between White Peony and Shou Mei in grade and character. Made from slightly larger leaves than White Peony, it offers a medium-bodied cup with sweet, herbaceous notes and a pleasant lingering finish. Gong Mei provides an accessible entry point to white tea with more flavor complexity than the delicate top grades.
