Descrição
Muzha Tieguanyin is a traditional Taiwanese oolong from the Muzha (now Maokong) district in southern Taipei. Unlike the lighter modern Anxi Tieguanyin style, Muzha Tieguanyin maintains the traditional heavy roasting method, producing a deeply oxidized and charcoal-roasted tea with a rich, toasty character. The dark, tightly rolled leaves yield a warm amber liquor with notes of ripe stone fruit, roasted barley, caramelized sugar, and a long, soothing aftertaste that endures through many infusions.
