À propos

The Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) area of Anhui Province is among China's most scenic tea regions, where clouds and mist envelop the peaks over 200 days per year. This persistent fog cover naturally shades the tea plants, increasing chlorophyll and L-theanine while reducing catechins, which produces a mellow, sweet character. Huangshan Mao Feng (Yellow Mountain Fur Peak) is one of China's Ten Famous Teas, recognized by its slightly curved leaves with visible downy hairs. Nearby Taiping County produces Taiping Houkui, China's largest-leafed green tea, with an orchid-like fragrance.
