Description

Long-term tea consumption is associated with reduced risk of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. EGCG crosses the blood-brain barrier and has demonstrated neuroprotective effects through antioxidant activity, anti-amyloid aggregation, and neuroinflammation reduction. L-theanine supports neuroplasticity and neurotransmitter balance. Population studies show 50-70% lower risk of cognitive impairment among regular tea drinkers. The combination of multiple bioactive compounds may be more effective than any single compound.
