Descripción

Nilgiri tea comes from the Blue Mountains (Nilgiri Hills) in southern India's Tamil Nadu and Kerala states. Grown at elevations up to 2,500 meters, these teas are bright, aromatic, and medium-bodied with a distinctive fruity sweetness and clean finish. Nilgiri's round flavor and lack of bitterness make it excellent both on its own and as a base for iced tea and blending.
