Açıklama
While tea contains caffeine (a sleep disruptor), L-theanine and GABA in tea can paradoxically support sleep quality when consumed earlier in the day or as decaffeinated/GABA-enriched tea in the evening. L-theanine at 200mg has been shown to improve sleep quality scores without causing daytime drowsiness — it promotes deeper, more restorative sleep rather than sedation. GABA tea (anaerobic-processed) combines relaxation benefits with minimal caffeine. Traditional evening teas like hojicha (roasted green tea) and aged pu-erh have low caffeine and calming properties.
