О нас

Nandi Hills in western Kenya is the country's second most important tea-growing district, situated along the western escarpment of the Rift Valley. The region shares Kericho's favorable equatorial highland climate but with slightly different soil composition and rainfall patterns that produce teas with a subtly distinct character. Nandi smallholders, working through the Kenya Tea Development Agency, have increasingly invested in specialty orthodox and artisanal tea production to differentiate from bulk CTC. The rolling hills and scenic Rift Valley views have also made Nandi an emerging tea tourism destination, offering visitors a chance to see tea plucking and processing firsthand.
