Sobre

The Wuyi Mountains in northern Fujian are a UNESCO World Heritage site and the birthplace of rock oolong (yancha) tea. The unique danxia sandstone geology imparts a coveted mineral character called 'yan yun' (rock rhyme) that defines authentic Wuyi teas. Da Hong Pao, the most famous Wuyi cultivar, commands some of the highest prices in the tea world. The narrow gorges and consistent mist cover create a microclimate that slows leaf growth and concentrates flavor, producing teas with remarkable depth, roasted complexity, and a lingering mineral finish.
