説明
Tea plants are hyperaccumulators of fluoride from soil, concentrating it in mature leaves at much higher levels than most plants. Young tea buds and tips contain low fluoride; older, coarser leaves used in lower-grade teas and brick teas can contain significant amounts. Green and white teas from young shoots typically have 1-3mg/L; dark teas from mature leaves can reach 5-10mg/L. Moderate fluoride intake supports dental health, but excessive consumption of certain brick teas has been associated with fluorosis in some populations.
健康効果
Dental enamel strengthening and cavity prevention at moderate levels, supports bone mineral density. Note: excessive intake from certain dark teas may pose risks.
