Shou Mei

Shou Mei is made from mature leaves harvested later in the season, giving it a darker appearance and bolder flavor than other white teas. With more oxidation from the larger leaves, it develops warm honey, dried fruit, and autumn leaf notes. Shou Mei ages exceptionally well and is often pressed into cakes for long-term storage and appreciation.
