حول

Junshan Island in Dongting Lake, Hunan Province, is the exclusive origin of Junshan Yinzhen, China's most famous yellow tea and one of the Ten Famous Teas. The tiny island's unique microclimate — constant lake fog, high humidity, and nutrient-rich alluvial soil — creates optimal conditions for the delicate buds used in production. Junshan Yinzhen undergoes the rare 'men huang' sealed-yellowing process that transforms grassy green tea character into a mellow, sweet cup with apricot-like notes. True Junshan Yinzhen is extremely limited in production, making it one of China's rarest and most valuable teas.
